What is this castle famous for ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>1) This castle served as a symbol of power and authority of Tokugawa Shogunate Government.<br \/>\nHowever, this castle was first given to the Imperial Family when the last Shogun, Yoshinobu returned his authority of his shogunate government to the Emperor in1868.<br \/>\n\uff08\u3053\u306e\u57ce\u306f\u3001\u5fb3\u5ddd\u5e55\u5e9c\u306e\u6a29\u529b\u306e\u8c61\u5fb4\u3067\u3042\u3063\u305f\u3002\u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u6700\u5f8c\u306e\u5c06\u8ecd\u3001\u5fb3\u5ddd\u6176\u559c\u304c1868\u5e74\u3001\u5fb3\u5ddd\u5e55\u5e9c\u3092\u5929\u7687\u3078\u5927\u653f\u5949\u9084\u3057\u305f\u6642\u3001\u3053\u306e\u57ce\u304c\u7687\u5ba4\u3078\u5f15\u304d\u6e21\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3002\uff09<br \/>\n2) This castle consists of Ninimaru Palace, Honmaru Palace(usually closed) and large garden in strolling style in the castle ground.<br \/>\n\uff08\u3053\u306e\u57ce\u306f\u4e8c\u306e\u4e38\u5fa1\u6bbf\u3001\u672c\u4e38\u5fa1\u6bbf\u3068\u6563\u6b69\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u307b\u3069\u306e\u5927\u304d\u306a\u5ead\u304b\u3089\u306a\u308b\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"4_The_Ninomaru_Palce\">4. The Ninomaru Palce \u3000\u3000\u4e8c\u306e\u4e38\u5fa1\u6bbf<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>1) This palace consists of 5 buildings with 33 Tatami and 800 Tatami straw matrooms in Total. The palace building is entirely made of cypress tree.<br \/>\n\uff08\u3053\u306e\u5fa1\u6bbf\u306f33\u7573\u3068800\u7573\u306e\u5ea7\u6577\u30675\u3064\u306e\u5efa\u7269\u304b\u3089\u6210\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002\uff09<br \/>\n2) The Kano School painting door is kept leaving about 3600 numbers.<br \/>\nThe transoms above the sliding doors are beautifully carved on cypress boards.<br \/>\n\uff08\u72e9\u91ce\u6d3e\u306e\u8956\u306e\u7d75\u753b\u304c\u7d043600\u753b\u304c\u6b8b\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002<br \/>\n\u8956\u306e\u4e0a\u306e\u6b04\u5e72\u306f\u6a9c\u3067\u7f8e\u3057\u3044\u66f2\u7dda\u304c\u65bd\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"5_The_Nightingale_Floor\">5. The Nightingale Floor \u3046\u3050\u3044\u3059\u5f35\u308a<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>1) From the entrance to Grand Chamber in the Ninomaru Palace, the wooden floor squeks and creaks whenever anyone walks on it.<br \/>\n(\u5165\u53e3\u304b\u3089\u5927\u5e83\u9593\u306e\u4e8c\u306e\u4e38\u5fa1\u6bbf\u3067\u306f\u3001\u8ab0\u304c\u304c\u5165\u3063\u3066\u304f\u308b\u3068\u6728\u88fd\u306e\u5e8a\u304c\u8ecb\u3080\u3002)<br \/>\n2) When the floor is trodden upon, the cramps under the fllor move up and down, creating a friction between the nails and the cramps.<br \/>\n(\u5e8a\u304c\u8e0f\u307e\u308c\u305f\u6642\u3001\u91d8\u3068\u7559\u3081\u91d1\u306b\u6469\u64e6\u304c\u8d77\u304d\u3001\u5e8a\u4e0b\u306e\u7559\u3081\u91d1\u304c\u4e0a\u4e0b\u3059\u308b\u3002)<br \/>\n3) This friction causes the floor to squeak and creak.
