50 minutes from Kyoto station to Kamigamo Jinja-mae by city bus # 4, and 5 minutes walk. Kamo-wakeizuchi jinja shrine, popularly called Kamigamo-jinja on World Heritage by UNESCO.<\/p>\n<p>(\u4eac\u90fd\u306e\u6570\u3042\u308b\u795e\u793e\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u6700\u3082\u53e4\u3044\u6b74\u53f2\u3092\u6301\u3064\u795e\u793e\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<br \/>\n678\u5e74\u3001\u9577\u3044\u9593\u3001\u3053\u306e\u5730\u3092\u6cbb\u3081\u3066\u3044\u305f\u8cc0\u8302\u4e00\u65cf\u306e\u7956\u5148\u3092\u7940\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u5275\u3066\u3089\u308c\u305f\u3002)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It had already acquired considerable fluence by the end of 7<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the establishment of Heian-kyou, it attracted many worshippers in the Imperial Court as a shrine for pacification and protection of nation.<\/p>\n<p>\uff08\uff17\u4e16\u7d00\u672b\u306b\u306f\u3001\u3059\u3067\u306b\u6709\u529b\u306a\u795e\u793e\u3067\u3042\u3063\u305f\u3002\u5e73\u5b89\u5efa\u8a2d\u4ee5\u964d\u306f\u56fd\u5bb6\u93ae\u8b77\u306e\u795e\u793e\u3068\u3057\u3066\u671d\u5ef7\u306e\u5d07\u656c\u3092\u96c6\u3081\u3066\u3044\u305f\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By the beginning of 11<sup>th<\/sup> century, the shrine building had been built in nearly their present forms, but gradually deteriorated thereafter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\uff08\u793e\u6bbf\u306f11\u4e16\u7d00\u521d\u982d\u307e\u3067\u306b\u73fe\u5728\u306b\u8fd1\u3044\u59ff\u306b\u6574\u3048\u3089\u308c\u305f\u304c\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5f8c\u3001\u8870\u9000\u3057\u305f\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The restoration work in 1628 extended over the entire shrine precincts, referring to the historical records, painting and sketches. It was restored as it had been in the Heian period(794-1184). After restoration the Honden(main shrine building) was rebuilt seven times.
